Just had Roto Rooter of Naples/Fort Myers service a very clogged drain. While not inexpensive, the cost was fair and the technician (Nick) ensured I was able to use coupons saving me $200.00. Nick was outstanding! Professional, pleasant and explained everything in detail so I felt very certain what the issue was and understood my options for resolving it. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience , in an unfortunate situation. I googled Roto rooter and was sent to me a wonderful knowledgeable man named Daniel.. he was so thorough and hei explained all his findings to me. He made me feel confident . his personality was amazing , and cleaned up after he was done. That day was pouring rain and he still had a calming smile and . he reassured me everything should be fine. Finally an honest company! The service tech was awesome and honest. I had called a competitor and he attempted to charge me $2500.00 for something he claimed was a hugh issue, which thia company insisted did not exist! Upon my persistace to be sure, I had this company run their cameras which proved that there was no issues. I dont mind paying for great assurances, which they provided. Highly recommend!

Did not hear back from the three local plumbers I called, so I asked my handyman. He told me RotoRooter’s would be the only plumber who could snake out my double vanity. They gave me a two hour window, arrived on time, fixed my problem, and left the area spotless. Nick was awesome. Thank you!
